SMC Corporation (México), S.A. de C.V. launched their service in 1992 with 10 staff members. The number of their staff has now increased to 270 with 14 sales branches and 35 distributors across the country, and with this structure they are now able to provide a more accessible service to their customers. In order to ensure that customers can use their products with confidence, they endeavor to provide a variety of services such as survey and improvements on energy saving, introduction of the latest products by demo van, as well as the provision of training.

Production
They moved factory to Guanajuato and began production there in October 2000 and now offer customer satisfaction with advanced production capabilities. They currently produce 18 different cylinder series as well as valve/manifold assembly. Their general plant handling time for simple specials and intermediate strokes is 2 to 3 days, and the products are delivered to their local branches throughout the country within a day.

Pneumatic seminar
They offer not only basic lectures on pneumatics but also custom made lectures in response to the request of their customers. Additionally they also provide training on pneumatics by using a simple training kit and/or the latest training kit.
Showroom / Demonstration Van
The head office is equipped with a massive showroom, which is constantly able to introduce the latest products. In order to respond to the diversified needs of their customers, they have also established a system through which they are able to make proposals for the latest products by using variously sized demonstration vans.
